FAQ’s

For sessions lasting 3 hours or less, you can expect to receive your online gallery of edited images within 6 weeks from the date of your session. For elopements or weddings exceeding 3 hours, your edited image gallery will be available within 8 weeks from your wedding day. The gallery will be hosted on my client gallery site, where you'll have convenient access to your photos for 360 days, a shareable link for family and friends.
Yes, I require a 35% initial payment to secure your date. A middle project date payment of 35% and the final 30% payment is due the date prior to your session date. It’s important to note the initial payment is not a deposit, but a payment towards your total cost.
I am Canon girly through and through. My main camera body is a Canon Mirrorless R6 Mark II and my second body which you’ll see on wedding days is a Canon Mirrorless R6. I am a Canon prime lens shooter using my go to 1.2 50 lens, my favorite portrait 1.4 85mm, and 1.4 35mm for wider & detail shots.
For all my wedding packages I provide an optional add on for a second photographer. Having an additional photographer is extremely valuable. Not only does it result in more photos captured, but it also contributes to maintaining a smooth timeline, facilitating the organization of family formals, and ensuring an extra focus on intricate details. Having a second photographer means having an additional pair of hands to offer you a water during portrait sessions, fix your dress, and overall optimize the time we have to capture every precious moment of your special day.
I highly recommend choosing neutral colors as they result in stunning, timeless photos. Once you've booked with me, I'll provide you with my style guide to assist you in selecting the perfect attire for your session. I'm always here to address any questions you may have about outfit choices, so feel free to send pictures of clothing items or aesthetics you're considering
ABSOLUTELY AND I LOVE IT! Photography and travel are two of my favorite things, SO I will meet you in any state, country, or city. All sessions within 100 miles of Chaska, MN are included at no additional cost. For any mileage beyond 100 miles, there is a charge of $2 per mile. For destination weddings, airline tickets and hotel cost will be added onto the package cost, all other travel costs will be covered.

Ali did my fiancé and I's anniversary session this fall and captured our proposal exactly a month later! Everything about both of those shoots was perfect.
